HHHS8 words by Miranda July

HEART HEART HEART series 8 is called the Dream series.
It all started from the concept of the brief moments when we wake up from a strange dream and are still figuring out what that was all about. with that idea in mind we invited American artist and writer Miranda July to contribute with bits of her off-beat prose in tweet-sized sentences. Those sentences pop inside the designs, like messages whispered from over your shoulder, next to airplanes, insects, tennis balls, punctuation marks and book pages. This series explores that space in our subconscious where we say things in our lover’s ear. Its about the night, going to sleep, with its deep blue and hypnotic patterns, and its also about waking up with the lights on and getting a brief glimpse of a non-sense dream. We explored accessories to be paired with the scarves, like a hand-made ceramic ‘knot’ varnished in black, white or bright yellow and a ceramic half moon.
